Reanimated Cold Cases : Down the rabbit hole

A short presentation of the newest project I am currently working on along with Anoar Bonnery : Reanimated Cold Cases, down the rabbit hole. Right after my short movie The Creator's Creature, I've decided to dive deeper into animated horror with this project, because I've observed that horror remains a largely unexplored genre in the 2D animation media.

This new project will be the production of a pilot episode for an animated horror series : Reanimated Cold Cases. The short movie will last roughly 8 minutes and will be animated in 2D.

As of writting this, the animatic has been completed! Watch it bellow! We are ready to enter the animating part of the project. We are looking for producers that would be interested in making this series a reality!

Reanimated Cold Cases : Down the rabbit hole

Pitch

What is RCC all about? A brief presentation of the series.

A group of passionate ghost hunters find themselves solving criminal cold cases by communicating with the beyond. With the help of Alice, a young girl victim of mysterious paranormal visions, our independent investigators will fall down a rabbit hole far darker than they could have ever imagined. Ghost after ghost, they soon realize they might not just be hunting for ghosts, but also an unknown serial killer.

This series would be roughly 10 episodes long, with each episode lasting roughly 10 to 15 minutes each. The story of Reanimated Cold Cases will delve into the subject of trauma and violence being a hereditary cycle, passed down generation after generation, and will depict the struggle to tear onself from this cycle.

A brief presentation of the pilot.

A group of ghost hunters, in an attempt to solve a missing person's cold case, decide to investigate inside an abandoned party rentals' warehouse in hopes of finding the missing girl's spirit, and find out what happened to her.
